RMS is an online system through which all our recruiters can access the candidates available around the world. The system can be viewed by candidates and clients alike and provides many benefits for all parties.
Recruiters can access the system from anywhere, allowing us to easily work in regions where we are not currently based, providing a truly 24 hour recruitment service. They can keep candidates and clients aware of the situation of a vacancy through the system. It provides a detailed search area and reporting facility which will allow us to match candidates to the right job for them and make contact immediately. The system also posts live vacancies automatically to our own job board and others so that we can let candidates know of new requirements very quickly.
Candidates can update and maintain their profile, ensuring that recruiters have the right contact details for them and the most current CV. They can also view jobs online and apply directly for these vacancies. At any point they can then login and view the status of their application.
Clients can also login and see who has applied for their requirements, once the candidate has been screened by our recruiters. Clients can manage their interviews and offers through the system to keep track of which candidates are interested in their roles.
