President & CEO Simen Lieungh presented the new identity at "Aker Dag", highlighting the desire to change from a "merger name" to a name that speaks of the company's desire to be part of the solution in the many challenging and complex markets where we operate.
Our new name represents a strengthening and simplification of our corporate identity; it outlines our offering of comprehensive industrial solutions; clearly identifies our connection with Aker; and communicates our long term and committed ownership structure.
