		Simen Lieungh President & CEO Simen Lieungh (born 1960) first joined Aker Solutions in 1988. He has more than 20 years' experience with large field development projects, covering all phases from conceptual studies to completion and delivery of complete installations. Prior to this, Lieungh was a research scientist with the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment. As of 1 August 2008, he holds 5 014 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Lieungh is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is a Norwegian citizen.
		Leif Borge Chief Financial Officer & EVP Leif Borge (born 1963) joined Aker Solutions in 2008. Previously he has been CFO of Aker Yards ASA since 2002, after serving as CFO of Zenitel NV, Stento ASA and Vitana, a subsidiary of Rieber & Søn ASA in the Czech Republic. As of 1 August 2008, he holds 5 000 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Borge is a Norwegian citizen.     Niels Didrich Buch Cheif of Staff & EVP Niels Didrich Buch (born 1963) has been appointed Chief of Staff & EVP. Prior to that he has been Head of Corporate Business Development in Aker Solutions since 2005. He has worked with Corporate Legal and 5 years with Subsea business area, the last two years in Houston responsible for Legal and Commercial globally. Before joining Aker Solutions he worked 10 years with the Norwegian Foreign Service hereunder 6 years abroad (Asia and Europe). Niels Didrich Buch holds a law degree from the University of Oslo.
		Nils Arne Hatleskog  EVP Field Development Nils Arne Hatleskog (born 1965) has been appointed EVP for the new, reorganised business area uniting Field Development and Maintenance, Modifications and Operations. He has 20 years experience from Aker Solutions, including having been project director for Kårstø and Kashagan, as well as president for Aker Solutions’ yard at Stord. He holds an engineering and business economist degree from Kongsberg engineering university in Norway
		Mads Andersen EVP Products & Technologies Mads Andersen (born 1965), joined Aker Solutions in 2000 and has been EVP since 2003. He has 18 years of experience from the upstream oil & gas industry. Andersen has held various technical and managerial positions in oil field service and oil companies including Schlumberger and Saga Petroleum (Norsk Hydro). He is a graduate of Glasgow University and the Norwegian School of Management. As of 15 February 2007, he holds 2 395 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Andersen is a Norwegian citizen.
		Raymond Carlsen EVP Subsea Raymond Carlsen (born 1955), has been EVP since 2003 and has headed Aker Solutions' Subsea division since 2002. He has 25 years of broad international management experience. Carlsen has been with Aker Solutions since 1989, with senior management assignments in South East Asia, Europe, and the United States. He is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology. As of 15 February 2007, he holds 5 000 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Carlsen is a Norwegian citizen.
		Torleif Gram EVP MMO Torleif Gram (born 1949), has been EVP since 2002. Prior to this appointment he was Managing Director of Aker Offshore Partner AS from 1994 and of Aker Contracting AS from 1991. Gram joined Aker Solutions in 1976 and has extensive experience from both Aker Engineering AS and Aker Stord AS where he held various positions. He is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of 15 February 2007, he holds 5 000 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Gram is a Norwegian citizen.
		Jarle Tautra EVP Process & Construction Jarle Tautra (born 1953), has been EVP since 2002. He has 25 years of experience from offshore related activities. From 1997, Tautra served as President of Aker Oil & Gas and as EVP of EPC Norway in Aker Maritime ASA. Prior to this, he held various positions in Norsk Hydro ASA. Tautra is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of 15 February 2007, he holds no shares in the company, and has no stock options. He is a Norwegian citizen.
