What are people development tools?

Our global people development tools are designed to help you develop and improve your learning and performance.
It is all about turning our Values into action and results and creating a performance culture in Aker Solutions.

In combination with your manager, there will be, at a minimum, a yearly review of your performance with a focus on your development goals. You will formally make a yearly commitment (on your personal business commitment contract) with your manager to your development goals for the coming year. Throughout the year your progress towards these goals will be monitored.
