The objective of the International Trainee Programme is to supply and develop talent that will help expand our capabilities to win and execute new business in growth markets.
Our trainee programme is an intensive 2 year ‘on-the-job’ learning experience, consisting of three 8-month assignments, covering different businesses and geographies within Aker Solutions.
The programme focus is to expose recent graduates various job assignments to broaden their experiences and provide guidance through their first professional steps.The different insights into our company will support the decision for a long term direction.
Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees are encouraged to further develop their skills for a fulfilling and long-term career in Aker Solutions.
