Every year, we will offer positions to 10 successful business graduates who have:
- a Master Degree (or equivalentl) in Business Administration, Economics or related majors
- recently graduated, with a maximum of two years' post- university work experience
- international experience
- fluency in English and one or more of the following: Russian / Hindi / Malay / Norwegian
- practical experience from a technology or technology-related industry
- talent, with leadership potential
- a realistic, “hands-on” approach
For the 2008 team we recruited trainees who come from, or have with extensive experience from, one of the following countries:
- Russia
- India
- Malaysia
- Norway
