It demonstrates an emphasis not only on what leaders achieve (business performance), but also on how they achieve it (alignment with our Values Approach).
In a 360 assessment, leaders get direct feedback from multiple sources, usually from colleagues, subordinates and superiors. It is also possible to include clients. The 360 is a self explanatory web-based system - which means that leaders can set up and run a 360 assessment without any need for administrative support.
