"Achieving through People" personal business commitments consists of two connected modules - a performance contract and a personal development contract. The annual performance and development contracts are both important parts of our performance management and review process.
The performance contract is established to align Aker Solutions' priorities with company and individual objectives. The development contract is a personal development plan for the next twelve months. Your development contract should reflect the areas where you need to develop in order to meet your accountabilities in the performance contract.
This tool will help you and your leader in defining concrete objectives and actions, and review your performance and development throughout the year. At the end of the year, you and your leader will review and rate your performance according to these objectives. This will be an important part of the annual appraisal process.
