Our experienced team of Project Engineers provides engineering solutions and leads the multi-discipline engineering delivery.
The team adds value for a customer through applying its extensive integration experience, via bespoke solutions and/or equipment procurement and detailed interface engineering for integration into complex plants.
The team routinely carries out technical and financial risk management, and is involved in due diligence work. This forms part of the normal project engineering service, but can also be offered as a stand-alone service to customers.
Specification, procurement and management of complex multi-discipline equipment packages is also an area of expertise and is offered either as part of a total project scope or as a stand-alone service. Management of subcontracts, including international contracts, can similarly be offered as part of an integrated project or through providing experienced personnel to work with the customer outside the normal project environment.
The team has specialist knowledge and experience in many areas and industries, including for example mechanical handling - underpinning our ability to offer bespoke engineering solutions.
