Conceptual designs for both fixed and floating LNG production facilities were developed together with designs for LNG receival terminals.
The LNG storage structures provide sheltered offloading facilites for shuttle tanker with loading arms and mooring systems. The structure can be orientated giving the shuttle tanker protection against prevailing wind and waves resulting in higher operational regularity of the facility.

Specialised LNG storage tank systems are commercially available and the proven designs can all be accommodated inside the concrete structure.
The concrete structure is constructed in a dry dock and the LNG tanks are erected when the structure is still in a controlled yard environment.
The LNG production or re-gasification facilities can be installed on the deck in a yard or at the offshore site. The structure is floated out of the dry dock and towed to the installation site where it is connected to its moorings or installed on the sea bed.
