• CT located & work executed in dedicated on-site offices
• Contract has incentivisation opportunities included for appropriate projects

• Upgrade and modification of sterile manufacturing areas
• Primary bulk drug manufacturing plant & equipment projects
• Site remediation planning and implementation
• Disinvestment of various existing buildings
• Upgrading existing sterile production areas to meet current regulations, including provision of new HVAC
