Service & Maintenance

Aker Solutions offers a range of extensive after-sales service agreements, hereby making sure that our customers will continue to be fully satisfied with the supplied VRU.


Please contact our Service & Maintenance Department for any inquiries. In case your call relates to an alarm from a VRU please have the TAG-number (e.g., PAH 105) ready. This will enable our service engineers to provide the most efficient help.

 

A service agreement is made individually with each customer and includes, e.g.:

  • Training of terminal personnel in operation of the VRU
  • 24-hour hotline
  • On-line diagnostics and fault rectification
  • On-site visit with spare parts available
  • Annual service check and overhaul
  • Professional assistance by our highly skilled service engineers

When quoting a price for a VRU to a client, Aker Cool Sorption always offers to include a service agreement as a supplement to the standard guarantee on the unit. Many years of experience and good relations to our clients have shown us the value of maintaining a healthy post-project relationship.
