In 2004 the Aker Kvaerner group experienced a record high order intake and backlog. At the end of December 2004, the order intake for the full year was NOK 41.6 billion, while the order backlog amounted to NOK 35.9 billion.

The total order intake for the Group in the fourth quarter of 2004 was NOK 11.3 billion.
Aker Kvaerner will present its preliminary Annual and 4th Quarter Results for 2004 on 15 February 2005.
