This latest ranking is for the Aker group, of which Aker Kvaerner’s international profile is a significant part. Even if such surveys and rankings rarely give a complete picture, it is an indication of our standing, which should inspire our further efforts to brand this group,” says Torbjørn S. Andersen, Senior Vice President of Aker Kvaerner’s Corporate Communications.
Only three Norwegian based companies were ranked in the list. In addition to Aker, the other companies were the oil companies Statoil and Norsk Hydro. The result of the ranking was marked with a prize award ceremony in Oslo Wednesday, 5 September.
