Gjøa: for the future
On Sunday, June 13, 2010, the field tow commenced of one the most modern platforms ever built, as Aker Solutions delivered the Gjøa platform to Statoil. We are proud to add Gjøa to the list of oil and gas fields where Aker Solutions has played a role in nearly all stages of the value chain, from exploration nearly two decades ago to tow-out and final delivery in 2010.
