Our code of conduct is intended to give practical guidance and inspire our employees, and others acting on behalf of Aker Solutions, to live our values and ensure our CR principles are reflected in our behaviour. After all, the principles can only become practice if they are brought to life through the everyday actions of our people.
It is the personal responsibility of Aker Solutions employees to be familiar with the code of conduct and to live up to its standards.
It is the responsibility of every line manager in Aker Solutions to ensure everyone they manage is aware of and complies with these guidelines for behaviour. Line managers are expected not only to actively communicate these guidelines, but also to identify and act on any issues they raise and to access the necessary resources in the company to achieve compliance.
