In Aker Solutions concern for health, safety and the environment is a core value. This HSE Mindset is founded on the belief that all incidents can be prevented, and is the key to the group’s work within health, safety, and environment.
An HSE step change programme was launched in 2004. The 'Just Care™' theme has been introduced to emphasise the personal element of HSE, while a group wide HSE operating system, HSE training and focus on leading indicators, are all elements of Aker Solutions’ systematic efforts to achieve world class HSE performance.
