Aker Academy
In an effort to align and professionalise our training and development activities, the Aker Academy was formed in 2005. The programmes and activities are for all employees, from the engineer on a project to the president of a business unit.

Aker Academy
Aker Academy offers training and development programmes within key areas for the company. It demonstrates our commitment to people and teams, one of our core values in Aker Solutions. Aker Academy shall also contribute to the engagement and motivation amongst our employees, which in turn will drive business improvements and results for the company.
Our programmes are delivered globally, normally as blended solutions and a mix between face-to-face meetings, online preparations and virtual cooperation.
We also combine the use of external experts with input from key people within the business who can provide up-to-date and concrete examples to strengthen the relevance and quality in the learning process. The Academy offers programmes both related to leadership and professional topics.
