The application process for Aker Solutions International Talent Programme 2012 starts on 4 October 2011 and is divided into four phases.

Phase 1: 4 October 2011 - 13 November 2011
Online registration, resume, motivation letter and transcripts.
Phase 2: 21 November 2011 - 27 November 2011
Online tests; ability test (verbal and numerical) and competency based.
Phase 3: 28 November 2011 - 11 December 2011
Telephone interviews.
Phase 4: January 2012 - February 2012
Assessment in one of our regional centres.
Programme start-up: September 2012.
Those invited to further assessments in the later phases will be individually notified by e-mail.
All tests, telephone interviews and assessment centre sessions will be conducted in English. Other documentation, such as transcripts, references etc. can be in the local language.
