We are looking for top candidates to join our North America Region Talent Program – Pathfinders.
About the program
The Aker Solutions Pathfinders Talent Program is a challenging two-year, on-the job, rotational learning experience that will include access to a technical mentor, rotation manager, information sessions, interpersonal workshops and an individual experience map.
What will you do?
You will gain a broad understanding of Aker Solutions’ products and services by working on actual projects that will challenge and enable you to make a real contribution to the business.
During this rotation program, you will develop a wide-reaching network within multiple areas of Aker Solutions. Working on short-term assignments in a variety of areas helps to develop a greater breadth of knowledge about our company. You will also have a valuable opportunity to work alongside and learn from leading technical experts in the oil and gas industry.
Opportunities may include:
- Developing a wide-reaching network

- Traveling to different Aker Solutions business areas
- Receiving guidance from leading technical experts
- Making a real contribution to the company by working on relevant, challenging projects
You are:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Interested in the oil and gas industry
- Committed to completing an entry-level learning and development program
- A proactive problem solver
- Able to work well with people and teams
- Flexible to work in an ever-developing environment

From these applicants, qualified candidates are invited to attend College Day at Aker Solutions’ North America headquarters. This is a competitive one day, interview process where each candidate will have an opportunity to learn more about Aker Solutions and meet with seasoned professionals about future program options with the company.
