Last week, Aker Solutions exhibited at the Offshore Europe Oil & Gas Conference & Exhibition (OE 2009) at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre (AECC) in Aberdeen.
The Aker Solutions stand featured the company’s drilling equipment offering. These solutions were profiled on the First Interactive Drilling Equipment Simulator (XfactorDES), where the operator is able to run the drilling equipment as though they are on an actual rig.
In the interview above, George Taggart, business development manager in Aker Solutions, explains what is being exhibited and his impressions of the event.
