Aker Solutions offers construction solutions through its in-house yard in Egersund, Norway, and via third-party construction (EPC) companies.
Working in close partnership with yards in South Korea and China, we offer cost-effective fabrication of hulls for floating facilities. For topside facilities, we offer cost-effective, flexible options tailored to our customers’ needs.
Aker Solutions' yard in Egersund, Norway
This yard always been known as the Module Yard, mainly because of its impressive track record, but also because its facilities are tailor-made for module fabrication. In addition, the yard in Egersund has also specialised towards fabrication and testing of subsea structures, and has for the last 10 years continuously been fabricating subsea structures at the yard. This facility is also contributing to maintenance and modifications projects in the North Sea.

We are a complete EPC supplier of EIT to customers in the oil and gas processing industry onshore and offshore. We combine the expertise built up over 40 years in Norway within assembly, modules and jacket structures with cost effective fabrication from our high quality partner yard; the China Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation (COOEC) yard in Qingdao.
