The horizontal XT features one design pre-compatible for different configurations and functionality.
The design pressure is 690 bar and it features a tubing hanger with either a 5” or a 7” nominal bore and either a 5” or a 7” side outlet. The tubing hanger sealing stack features metal-to-metal seals with a temperature rating of +1°C to +177°C and a minimised path of potential leakages. Horizontal XT frame is designed to enable running on guide wires. It also has a guide funnel to enable running without guide wires.
The hybrid penetrator of the horizontal XT features in total the maximum of eight hydraulic lines and one multi-pin electrical connector which is located at the centre of the hybrid penetrator assembly. Seven of the eight lines are used as downhole lines and one is allocated for pressure testing between the wireline plugs.
