Aker Midsund, a subsidary of Aker Solutions, supplies storage tanks with sizes up to 3500 m3 in high strength stainless steel

Tanks are supplied mostly for the chemical industry, but also for offshore purposes. Normally the tanks will be finished at Aker Midsunds workshop in Norway and shipped to site.
Depending on the size of the tank, distance from the quay to site and lifting capacity, the tank can be delivered in one piece or it can be parted in two or more parts. Largest tanks delivered to date 15.2 m diameter with a hight of 25 m.
