Draugen
Draugen was developed for Shell in 1993 and was the first oil field in operation north of the 62 degree latitude. The platform produces 250% more barrels of oil a day than originally estimated and production will continue for another 20 years based on current calculations. The platform has one single shaft and is installed on 252 m water depth.
