Executive Management Team

	Simen Lieungh President & CEO Simen Lieungh first joined Aker Solutions in 1988 and has been President & CEO since March 2008. He has more than 20 years’ experience with large field development projects, covering all phases from conceptual studies to completion and delivery of complete installations. Prior to this,Lieungh was a research scientist with the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment and from October 2007 to February 2008 he was Managing Director of Arne Blystad AS. Lieungh is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of 9 March 2010, Lieungh holds, through a privately owned company, 15 014 shares in the company and has no stock options. Lieungh is a Norwegian citizen.
	Leif Borge Chief Financial Officer & EVP Leif Borge joined Aker Solutions in 2008. Previously he has been CFO of Aker Yards ASA since 2002, after serving as CFO of Zenitel NV, Stento ASA and Vitana, a subsidiary of Rieber & Søn ASA in the Czech Republic. Borge is a graduate of the Pacific Lutheran University in Washington State. As of 9 March 2010, he holds, through a privately owned company, 20 252 shares in the company, and has no stock options. Borge is a Norwegian citizen.
	Niels Didrich Buch Chief of Staff & EVP Niels Didrich Buch joined Aker Solutions in 1999 and was appointed Chief of Staff & EVP in 2008. From 2005 he was head of corporate business development in Aker Solutions and previously he held various other positions in the company, in corporate legal. Before this he worked ten years with the Norwegian Foreign Service, including six of them abroad in Asia and Europe. Buch holds a law degree from the University of Oslo. As of 9 March  2010, he holds 252 shares in the company and has no stock options. Buch is a Norwegian citizen.
	Per Harald Kongelf EVP Products & Technologies Per Harald Kongelf was appointed EVP of the reorganised business area Products & Technologies in October 2008. He has 20 years experience within the oil and gas industry. For the past five years he was president of Aker Solutions’ process systems business unit. Before that he worked as an investment manager in the Statkraft Group and in Aker Solutions. He holds an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of 9 March 2010, he holds no shares in the company and has no stock options. Kongelf is a Norwegian citizen.
	Jarle Tautra EVP Energy, Development & Services Jarle Tautra has been an EVP with Aker Solutions since 2002. He has 27 years’ experience in offshore-related activities. From 1997 to 2002 Tautra served as President of Aker Oil & Gas and as EVP of EPC Norway in Aker Maritime ASA. Prior to this, he held various positions in Norsk Hydro ASA. Tautra is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. As of 9 March 2010, he holds no shares in the company and has no stock options. Tautra is a Norwegian citizen.
	Mads Andersen EVP Subsea Mads Andersen joined Aker Solutions in 2000 and has been an EVP since 2003. He has 20 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Andersen has held a range of technical and managerial positions in oilfield service and oil companies including Schlumberger and Saga Petroleum (now StatoilHydro). Andersen is a graduate of Glasgow University and the Norwegian School of Management. As of 9 March 2010, he holds 12 647 shares in the company and has no stock options. Andersen is a Norwegian citizen.
	Gary Mandel EVP Process & Construction Gary Mandel first joined Aker Solutions in 1995. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream. Prior to Aker Solutions Mandel held the position of Chairman & CEO at Aker American Shipping ASA and Vice Chairman of Aker Philadelphia Shipyard ASA. Previously, he served as EVP for Aker Solutions between 2002 and 2007. Mandel is an engineering graduate from the University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. As of 9 March 2010 he holds 1 457 shares in the company and has no stock options. Mandel is a US citizen.
	Karl Erik Kjelstad EVP Oilfield Services Kjelstad joined Aker Solutions in July 2009 from the position of Senior Partner & President, Maritime Technologies at Aker ASA. He has been with the Aker group since 1998 and was President & CEO of Aker Yards ASA from January 2003-June 2007. Prior to joining Aker, Kjelstad was senior consultant at PA Consulting Group and from 1992-96 held various management positions in the TTS Group. Kjelstad is Chairman of Aker Philadelphia Shipyard ASA. He holds an MSc in Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As of 9 March 2010, Kjelstad holds, through a privately owned company, 2 500 shares in the company and has no stock options. Kjelstad is a Norwegian citizen.
