Remote Access Login

Log on to our different remote access services for Aker Solutions personnel and external parties (customers, vendors and partners).

If this is your first time using the remote access login, you will have to request and then register your security token before login. You will only need to do this once; which will require you to connect to the company network or contact the IT Service Desk.

Aker Solutions Personnel

Access to Windows Virtual Desktop

Windows Virtual Desktop login using Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for authentication. The new Deepnet Token Service for offshore workers is also supported with Azure MFA. If you are not yet registered and need assistance to register for Azure MFA, please contact IT Service desk.

Access to Citrix® Applications

Citrix® Global Access (Azure Multi-Factor Authentication)
Citrix login using Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for authentication. The new Deepnet Token Service for offshore workers is also supported with Azure MFA. If you are not yet registered and need assistance to register for Azure MFA, please contact IT Service desk.
The SOIL network will be discontinued on the June 30, 2022. All the services accessed via this link should be accessible via Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), but if you have a specific dependency on this network that is not catered for elsewhere, please report this to the IT Service Desk or your Aker Solutions sponsor, if external.

Access to Learning Portal for external users

External parties like customers, partners and contractors can get a limited access to our Learning platform by creating an account on our external learning portal.
Note that external users will be requested to indicate their company name, a contact person within Aker Solutions, as well as the main Aker Solution project they are associated with. See the External Learning Portal user guide for more information.
