To support our journey, we are looking for a Lead Process Engineer to join the team in our prestigious West London offices.

You will be part of a team that provides broad multi-faceted advice to our customers, addressing both commercial and technical risks in the evolving energy mix. Our team is at the forefront of driving a just and orderly energy transition, leveraging our execution experience to meet unprecedented demand in this developing market.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Lead process design for energy transition projects and oil and gas, shaping innovative solutions for sustainable energy production
• Conduct process system modeling and optimization evaluations, driving efficiency and performance in complex energy systems
• Provide operations support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth functioning of client facilities
• Perform facility capacity rating, debottlenecking, and benchmarking, maximizing asset potential and operational efficiency
• Offer direct client team support, building strong relationships and delivering value-added consultancy services
• Deputize for study leads and/or lead areas of study scope, demonstrating leadership and driving project success

• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent), showcasing your professional standing and expertise
• Significant early phase / consultancy experience in the energy industry, providing valuable insights for our clients
• Self-motivation and ability to work to deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
• A passion for developing new skills and experience, contributing to personal and team growth
• High competency with specialist process engineering software, enabling advanced analysis and optimization
• Adaptability to integrate with established multidiscipline teams while also working independently when required
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to be a discipline focal point, coordinate activities, and support growth ambitions
• Commercial acumen to understand and address both technical and business risks in the energy sector
