Our office in Bergen is now looking for an Instrument Engineer

What will you be doing?

Working within instrument design, LCI, work packages and supplier follow up Following up instrument procurement packages and coordinating with suppliers Reviewing documents, drawings and providing engineering input to job packages Performing as built updates of supplier drawings and red line markups from offshore Reporting important matters to the Discipline Lead and Engineering Manager Ensuring quality and HSSE within your own scope Identifying changes and contributing to change requests Performing field instrument engineering, system engineering, automation and control engineering and Fire & Gas engineering Working with layout design, cable sizing, field instrumentation, valves and technical procurement activities Preparing MTOs, requisitions and installation jobcards Coordinating and collaborating with other disciplines, suppliers and clients

We think you should have:

Min. 5 years experience from projects.Experience and knowledge of relevant design rules, regulations and standards.Ability to execute, take responsibility and make decisions.Communicate and be proactive.Leadership qualities.Mentoring younger engineers.Knowledge of NORSOK and relevant standards/regulatives for NCS.Ex basic & Exi basic training courses.Offshore training(GSK).
