What will you be doing?
We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Graduate / Professional Engineer – Valves who is eager to build expertise in both manual and actuated valves.
Whether you are a recent graduate or a professional with little or no prior experience in valve engineering, you will become part of a strong and supportive technical environment. You will receive close guidance from experienced valve engineers while gradually taking on greater responsibility for technical deliveries, specifications, and follow-up of valve packages in large and complex projects.

You will contribute to solving technical challenges and take part in key project activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
After completing your training, you will gradually take on the role of Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for valves, contributing to studies, engineering activities, and follow-up of deliveries. You will be trusted with end-to-end responsibility for valve packages and work closely with projects, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Typical responsibilities include:
- PRE responsibility for valve packages, with focus on the technical follow-up of both manual and actuated valves
- Prepare technical specifications, technical requisitions, and datasheets for the procurement of valves and Special Items
- Participate in technical evaluation of supplier quotations and quality assurance of supplier documentation
- Technical follow-up of deliveries, including handling technical queries and non-conformance requests
- Establish and maintain specifications for valves, piping components, and piping special items
- Close collaboration with the client’s technical specialists, internal disciplines, suppliers, and fabrication/installation teams
- Assist in preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and other inspections at supplier facilities
- Contribute to studies, technical philosophies, and design basis documents
- Work together with a team of valve engineers, with support and guidance throughout the graduate period
We think you should have:
- Higher technical education (MSc or BSc) within mechanical engineering, energy/process, automation, petroleum, Materials engineer or another relevant disciplines
- Vocational education, certificates of apprenticeship, or relevant work experience may compensate for formal education requirements
- Understanding of relevant standards is an advantage (ASME B31.3, EN 13480, PED, EN 13445)
- Strong collaboration skills in cross‑disciplinary teams, with a structured and detail‑oriented approach
- Curious, eager to learn, and staying up to date on relevant technology and best practices
