Our Asset Integrity Management team in Aberdeen are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to strengthen the team. 

What will you be doing?

We attract the best graduates and help them learn, grow, and realize their dreams through mentoring and other career development assistance. As part of our team, we will help you achieve your greatest potential. The Aker Solutions UK Engineering Graduate Development Program offers an accredited route towards chartered engineer status. The program provides training and development through a combination of project work, on-the-job and formal training. A mentor is assigned to you to support your professional development. On completion of the program, you will have achieved the following:

  • Practical experience and competence required in real work situations
  • Experience in solving complex problems from working alongside industry professionals
  • Preparation for the next stage in your career with Aker Solutions
  • Interpersonal skills needed to work with people at all levels
