Join us in solving global energy challenges for future generations.

At Aker Solutions we are committed to helping the energy industry and broader society #PowerTheChange towards a low-carbon future. We are changemakers and problem solvers with more than 180 years of experience. Our ambitions are high. By 2030, renewables and low-carbon solutions for oil and gas will make up two-thirds of our business. Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?

Powered by digital technology, strategic partnerships and a strong culture of solving problems, Aker Solutions deliver complex energy projects in a safe, predictable and sustainable way. Typical projects include topsides, floaters, carbon capture and storage facilities, windmill foundations and offshore converter stations for windmill parks.

Sustainability at Aker Solutions means making responsible business decisions that create value while protecting the environment and contributing to the good of society. We work proactively to ensure sustainability, integrity and responsibility in all our operations. Our company has published corporate responsibility / sustainability reports since 2006, with annual releases since 2010. Aker Solutions reports and communicates on sustainability according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). We also follow the Euronext guidance on ESG reporting of January 2020. The reporting is handled by our Finance department.

As the Sustainability Specialist within supply chain, your role is critical in advancing the company's Climate Action agenda and broader sustainability goals throughout the organization's global operations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that reduce the environmental impact of supply chain operations. This could involve initiatives such as reducing carbon emissions, optimizing energy usage, and promoting sustainable sourcing practice.

You will be part of our department handling corporate agreements on behalf of all segments in Aker Solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Aker Solutions' commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable development within the energy industry. The role can be situated either at our Head Office in Oslo or in London.
