Aker Solutions’ Power Solutions helps asset owners and developers engineer, integrate, and deliver reliable, low-carbon power – from hydropower and grid-connected systems to offshore and subsea electrification. By combining proven technology with hands-on EPC experience, we reduce risk, streamline schedules, and enhance lifecycle performance.

We are now seeking a QS Coordinator to join our Supply Chain department in Tranby, working with quality across supply chain in our various business areas.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating inspection and quality processes across projects, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with project teams, procurement, and suppliers to maintain high standards and support efficient project delivery.

What will you be doing?

• Own and coordinate the Notice of Inspection and Quality Notification processes across projects
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date, audit-ready QS system by managing QS plans and inspection documents
• Serve as the primary contact for inspection-related queries
• Manage regional inspection activities and coordinate global resources for efficient coverage
• Utilize 3rd-party inspection companies and make sure that quality and compliance are adhered to across projects
• Collaborate closely with project teams, procurement, inspectors, and suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively flag potential risks

We think you should have:

• Solid experience in project coordination or administrative roles, ideally supporting technical or engineering teams
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience; a degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus. Hands-on work experience may compensate for formal qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of SAP
• Strong process mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and systems effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness, ensuring effective work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach to support project needs, with a clear focus on solutions and delivery
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage
• Customer focus, and alignment with Aker Solutions’ values
• Flexibility for occasional travel
