We're on the lookout for Summer Interns who are eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges in technical. You'll get hands-on experience, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to extending the lifespan of energy facilities, especially on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

What will you be doing?

You will join project teams working on real challenges and contribute where it matters. You will collaborate with experienced specialists, get guidance when you need it, and space to prove what you’re capable of.

Expect hands-on learning, steep development curves and the occasional “wow, I actually helped build that” moments.

Who are we looking for?

You’re currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, data or a related field. Maybe you love solving problems. Maybe you’re the structured planner in your group project. Maybe you’re the one asking, “But what if we tried it this way?”

You’re curious. You take initiative. You enjoy working with others. And you’re ready to step outside your comfort zone.

Perhaps you are engaged in a student association, have a cool part time job or you are passionate about your hobby? That’s more important to us than having all the answers.

Practical information

The Summer internships will be between June and August 2026 and lasts between 6-8 weeks. The exact period will be agreed with your manager.Aker Solutions does not provide accommodation or travel.
