Our business integrity policy supplements the Code of Conduct and sets clear responsibilities and procedures for managing integrity risks at all business levels. It defines the principles for our business integrity work focusing on anti-corruption, country risk and corporate responsibility.

Aker Solutions’ whistleblowing channel allows anyone to report incidents, breaches or suspected breaches of the Code of Conduct, other internal policies, or laws and regulations. The web-based tool is hosted by a third party and designed to secure reports and all related data, as well as protect the identity of the whistleblower.

The company also has an ethics helpline for questions or concerns.
