Our Maintenance Integrity Engineering group are looking to add a Maintenance Reliability Engineer/ Technologist to their team!

This role is focused on preventing failures before they occur, improving equipment availability, and optimizing maintenance strategies The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Engineering teams to diagnose machinery issues, improve equipment strategies, and drive measurable reliability improvements across offshore assets.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the development, delivery, and implementation of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs including vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, inspection and monitoring programs
  • Working closely with Operations and Technical Engineering to execute integrity management activities
  • Liaising with other disciplines through work development, investigating, advising and making recommendations based on problems identified during assessment.
  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis for equipment related issues
  • Support reliability engineering activities for offshore production and utility equipment
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives that add measurable value to existing maintenance programs
  • Review CBM data and develop actionable maintenance recommendations
  • Review CBM findings and ensure consistent technical quality across reports and studies
  • Day to day ownership of Client CBM program.
  • Ensuring overall client and regulatory requirements are met in line with agreed standards and expectations

We think you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a brownfield industrial environment
  • An Engineering Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree in a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of applicable industry standards and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of Condition Based Maintenance techniques, including but not limited to vibration & lubrication analysis
  • Ability to complete all mandatory safety training and meet qualifications required for work at various sites, including offshore sites
  • Familiarity with QA/QC practices applicable to overall integrity management within the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • ISO 18436-2 CAT II Vibration Analyst Certification and/or experience with FMECA and RAM analysis is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated competency in CBM data analysis and interpretation, CBM methodologies, and industrial rotating equipment.
