What will you be doing?

Job Purpose:

Provide architectural advisory across application portfolioLead AI led modernization and application security uplift related transformation projectsSet functional and non-functional architecture requirements for SW development projectsDesign and implement modern application architecture frameworksEstablish governance and standards around architecture principles, SW development guidelines, recommend on preferred tech stack, tools, security policies and application performance metrics

Key Accountabilities1. Application Architecture LeadershipDefine and maintain application architecture blueprints and reference architectures.Establish architecture standards, design principles, and development guidelines.Ensure alignment between application architecture and enterprise architecture.

2. AI-Led ModernizationLead application modernization programs using AI and automation capabilities.Drive legacy application transformation initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency through AI.

3. Security & Risk ManagementLead application security uplift initiatives.Conduct architecture and design reviews to identify risks and vulnerabilities.Ensure security-by-design principles are embedded in development practices.

4. Governance & StandardsEstablish architecture governance processes.Define preferred technology stacks, tools, frameworks, and performance metrics.Develop standards, templates, policies, and review processes.

5. Stakeholder EngagementPartner with Application Portfolio Managers and business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into technical architecture strategies.Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and security architects to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

6. Operational SupportProvide architectural support for critical application issues.Assess impact and dependencies across the application landscape.Guide teams on performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability improvements.

We think you should have:

Experience – 12-15+ years, prior service based MNC experience
