The acquisition was made at a price per share of NOK 17.42 which equals to the closing price on Oslo Stock Exchange on December 17, 2020.
Following the acquisition, Aker ASA’s total shareholdings controlled in Aker Solutions, including shares held by Aker Kværner Holding AS, is 224,276,374 shares, equaling 45.57 % of the total number of shares outstanding.
