Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of Transactions Made by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

November 28, 2022 – Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has today allocated shares to primary insiders participating in the company’s manager share purchase program for 2022.

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today, November 28, 2022, concerning the manager share purchase program and share allocation. Aker Solutions sold shares to program participants at a price per share of NOK 35.8012 which equals the volume-weighted average share price of Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and including November 21, 2022 to and including November 25, 2022.

The following primary insiders of the company acquired shares under the program:

Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 27,932 shares. Following the allocation, Digre holds 119,682 shares in Aker Solutions.

Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 14,723 shares. Following the allocation, Eikrem and his private investment company, Omara Holding AS, hold a total of 325,612 shares in Aker Solutions.

Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Topside and Facilities, acquired 14,384 shares. Following the allocation, Magnus holds 190,650 shares in Aker Solutions.

Stephen Bull, Executive Vice President, Renewables, acquired 12,569 shares. Following the allocation, Bull holds 38,807 shares in Aker Solutions.

Olav Høidalen, Senior Vice President, Group Controlling, acquired 6,983 shares. Following the allocation, Høidalen holds 18,404 shares in Aker Solutions.
