Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has today allocated shares to primary insiders participating in the company’s manager share purchase program for 2025. 

Sturla Magnus, currently Executive Vice President (EVP) of Selected Projects, will leave Aker Solutions to take on the role of CEO for Mesta in January. He will remain with Aker Solutions until the end of the year.
