February 27, 2024 - On February 12, 2024, Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") announced a share buy-back program of up to NOK 500 million, with a maximum of 12.5 million shares, in the period from 12 February 2024 to 31 July 2024.

The Board of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has resolved to initiate a share buy-back program of up to NOK 500 million (the “Share Buy-Back”) as announced in connection with the presentation of Q4 2023 results on February 8, 2024.

Aker Solutions has signed a contract with Nordic Blue Crude (NBC) for front-end engineering and design (FEED) of a new e-Fuel facility at Herøya in Porsgrunn, Norway. The e-Fuel plant is planned to produce CO2-neutral fuel by using green hydrogen and furnace gas from an existing factory.
