The Electrification, Maintenance & Modification (EMM) segment within Aker Solutions is responsible for maintenance and modification of existing facilities. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings. Our goals are ambitious, and we need young, innovative, and smart employees with us to do this.

We are now looking for Graduate Reliability & Maintenance Engineers in Stavanger/Bergen/Mid-Norway to start in August 2022.

What will you be doing?

Do you want to work with one of the the largest Reliability & Maintenance Engineering team in Norway. We are delivering towards early concepts and design, as well as project execution and operations. We focus on a great work environment, innovation, digitalization, and lean thinking.

  • You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Service
  • Gather insights trough analytics of operational & reliability data
  • Prepare design and maintenance strategies for optimal and safe operations

We think you should have:

  • Higher university degree within maintenance, operations, asset integrity, or systems engineering
  • Interest in data analytics for predicting and avoiding equipment failure
  • Motivation to work with tasks that require a multidisciplinary perspective
  • You have a high ability to learn and great interest for new technology and digitalization.
  • A commercial mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
